Taking Advantage of Opportunities

Many of the life’s duties and responsibilities might be better appreciated if viewed as opportunities. Christians are exhorted to take advantage of opportunities by "redeeming the time" (Eph. 5:15-16).
This lesson is aimed at exhorting us to look at various relationships we have with others and to take advantage of the opportunities God blesses us for the benefit of our souls and theirs.

Welcome to "Sermons by Mitch Davis" blog. I have a strong desire to preach the whole counsel of God's word through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Too many are preaching a biased gospel message to "fit in" with a group rather than the rich teachings of Jesus Christ. My goal is to teach the simple and pure gospel of Jesus and Him crucified. Such preaching is despised by so many today, yet it is the pure and simple gospel that is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe (Rom. 1:16-17)!
